1.Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel.
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates and accessories intact.
  • Any signs of wear, scratch, damage, missing parts will make the item ineligible for return or refund.
  • Customized or specially ordered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2.Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email to submit your return request. Please provide your order number and photos of the product.
  2. We will review your request and send you a return authorization if approved. Do not send back items without prior approval.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our support team. Keep the tracking number for reference.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.

3.Refund Information

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.
  • Shipping charges and any customs/duty fees are non-refundable.

4.Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos/videos of the package and product. We will evaluate the case and arrange solution for you.

5.Final Notes
